Only giving Pink Lily 1 star because I have to in order to write a review. Worst company ever. Save your money. Staff is very unprofessional and they have the worst customer service. Owners are also terrible people. Save your money or buy elsewhere.

"Hole in previous purchased sweater / return policy"
I have purchased some really cute stuff from them, i made a purchase in the fall and wore the sweater i had purchased 1 time and it had a hole in the sleeve. Another reason for my review is the most recent purchase, the jeans were on sale and i bought the size I normally wear from their website and they are extremely small when I went to exchange for a larger size I realized THEN that I was not able too. The jeans were $30 and thats the sale price. Just super disappointed especially after i decided to give them another try after having the sweater with the hole in it.

I am loyal to Pink Lily because Pink Lily is loyal to me! I've been a PL customer since 2016 or 2017! They have very pretty clothing at affordable prices- I can't help but order 1-2x per month. They have one of the best customer rewards programs and hold great sales frequently. Their customer service has always been so helpful, and this is huge to me! Shipping is VERY fast on the east coast.... I moved from SC to CA so it's my fault that it takes a little longer now, lol. I get so many compliments on my wardrobe which is around 75% PL. Love you guys!

"Distasteful"
I will rarely leave a bad review. I inquired about the return policy being store credit vs refund. The chat assistant Ashley Cline referenced a bunch of links and signed off immediately - leaving me in a virtual start position. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer be shopping with Pink Lily due to this policy (which is totally fine it's their policy but it feels wrong) and second Ashley Cline may need some assistance in customer service. I don't expect you to change your policy but one should listen and give feedback. It's too bad I found most of the clothes to be cute. Only a few items needed to be returned, in fact, I only needed an exchange but they were out of my size.

"SCAM"
I ORDERED A JACKET AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. I LET THEM KNOW, BUT THEY SEND ME EMAILS (UP TO A WEEK AFTER I SEND MY EMAIL TO THEM) LETTING ME KNOW IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED AND WE WILL LOOK INTO IT. THEN THERE IS SILENCE AGAIN FOR A FEW DAYS. I EMAIL AGAIN, AND SAME CIRCLE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WAS SCAMMED.

"misleading promotions to get their customers to spend more money"
I was super disappointed in my most recent experience with Pink Lily. I am a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money with them. I recently purchased some items when they were promoting a sale if you buy a certain amount then you get a free shoulder bag. I purchased the amount they required, my order went through no problems and when I got my order confirmation the bag was listed on there as a receivable item. But then my shipment arrived and no bag. I reached out to inquire and was told “sorry we ran out”. I pushed back on it because it was on my order confirmation and also no one ever communicated to me that I would not be receiving the item. They again repeated themselves. I pushed back again saying it was disappointing because it feels like a sales tactic to get people to spend more money without following through on what you have marketed. The fine print did say until supplies run out but my frustration was more with the lack of communication. My order arrived with a missing item and no one felt it prudent to communicate that. I recommended to them to change their process so that a customer is notified of shortage of supply prior to spending $150+ in order to receive said promotional item. I was disappointed and to make matters worse, literally days later I see that they are once again marketing a sale on the very hand bags they had supposedly run out of. All in all it out a bad taste in my mouth and I’m not sure I will order from them again.

"Put PINKLILY in bankruptcy, give us our hard earned money back!"
Awful customer service and cheap product. Refunds are never granted only a gift card. Rude. Arrogant staff who told me " maybe if you lost weight " then you could wear it! Absurd- who says that to anyone! PRICES outta this world. Save your money and use AMAZON, same stuff and u can get your hard earned money back if it's wrong!

"Very disappointed"
I have been a customer for many years, but as of recently I have decided to take my money elsewhere. I received a sweatshirt that had a cup ring on the fabric, I washed it, it didn't come out so I asked for a replacement. The second one had a permeant discoloration on the fabric around the decal, after a third try the decal was not centered and it had the similar discoloration stain. I decided to call it quits and asked for store credit because of returning it I got charged a shipping fee when I originally didn't pay a shipping fee because of the amount of money I spent. I contacted the owner and she acted apologetic but did absolutely nothing about it.

"Red flags all around. Save your money."
Placed my first and last Pink Lily order over the weekend. They had a bunch of items I had been looking for and even though some were final sale, I took a chance. Red flag number one. The final sale items were only final sale because they were half off. They are currently full price on their website and not marked as final sale. And when I first saw them weeks ago, also at full price, they were not on sale and not final sale.

I placed the order Sunday evening and my Monday morning had a shipping confirmation email and tracking. The shipping email made it seem like my whole order had shipped.

I'd also like to point out that I had to pay extra for tracking. There was a note at checkout that if I didn't pay the extra fee that they were not responsible for lost or damaged items in shipment. Red flag number two. Reluctantly I paid the fee.

By Wednesday morning I had a package on my porch. I opened it to find two of the three items that I ordered. I ordered two shackets using their size chart and they ended up being huge. Like beyond oversized. They were just unflatteringly large. The quality was also very lacking. The material was thin and itchy. Unfortunately these items were final sale so I cannot return them. Very disappointing that their size chart was so far off when I used it and fell into my normal size, so I thought it would be okay.

Then when I contacted customer service to check on the third item from my order, they said that it can take 7-10 days to be ready for shipping because it's a custom graphic. Nowhere in my confirmation email did it say my order had partially shipped. Red flag number three.

Since it would most likely not arrive in time, I asked to cancel that item. They said it can't be canceled because it's already been processed.

First time ordering from them and it was a horrible experience and a huge lesson learned. Save your money and shop elsewhere. I'll admit that it was my mistake. I usually don't order from places with such bad return policies or final sale items, but I won't be shopping there again.

"Cute but Low Quality"
I recently made my first purchase from Pink Lily after years of eyeing their pieces.
I ordered 3 pairs of jeans and was SO excited because they have the perfect comfy style that I've been looking for and can never find. Or soo I thought. I am a VERY true to size 5. (recently ordered size 7 in KanCan AND Flying Monkey and they were WAY too big. So, I ordered three size 5 jeans. One fit perfectly, one was pretty snug and the other would not come up past my hips. And they were all boyfriend/ girlfriend style (supposed to be comfy/slouchy style). I kept 2 and ended up sending back the third for a larger size. My larger size came in the mail yesterday. NO DIFFERENT than the last size. Still did not fit over my hips. I wore one pair for the first time for 5 MINUTES yesterday and they are so thin that they ripped all along the inseam. Needless to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed.
Friendly advice, save your money and spend a little more elsewhere.

"Terrible customer service"
I returned a dress and got a credit to use which I bought a pair of shorts and a pair of white sneakers- the shorts were not great but didn't want to return them to get another store credit that I couldn't use. Never got the sneakers- it has been 2 months now. I contacted them via email 3 times to let them know I haven't received all of my order. No acknowledgement, no response- no phone number to call.

Pinklily does not provide refunds, only store credit. This is their store policy. So unless you're willing to gamble away your money, shop elsewhere.

"Overall quality is cheap and can't return"
I don't even want to give them 1 star. Material is cheap - afraid to wash the 3 items I kept. Had to return 2 shirts, one was torn and other not functional. I watched the videos on size and ordered based on size recommendations. I normally wear small shirts but these are huge and wear small pants but they are extremely small. Worst part is wasn't aware of no refund policy and between not wanting to buy other items and I have to pay to ship the returns, I am out $150!

"Not happy"
Sojust received my order yesterday, everything looked great as always but Decided to wear the black shorts right away and they ripped from the sides, (both sides) today I used the hot pink one and same thing happened, I love this boutique and pretty much everything that I had bought before is really good except por this two pair of shorts, i I really like these shorts they fitted perfect, material is great but they both ripped now.

"Missing item then wrong item"
I ordered 2 women graphic tees. I only received one. I emailed and they assured me they would send the missing item. I received the missing order, but it was the completely wrong item. I emailed again and after going back and fourth because they wanted a picture of the wrong item, even though I sent them a screenshot. I demanded a refund. The worst customer service I've ever received. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
