I thought this was really cute and it actually reminded me of something my sister would totally pick out. The fit was a little weird on me, though, and I ended up needing to size up for it to feel comfortable

I did find a few really cute clothes, and the styles are nice, but I was a little disappointed with the quality for what I paid. Some items were fine, while others felt like they should’ve been better made. It’s not terrible, just kind of hit or miss, especially for the price.

Everything showed up exactly as I ordered, so no complaints there. I just wish the instructions had been a little clearer, because I expected a bit more guidance with it...

I’ve ordered from Pink Lily a couple times now, and the delivery has been good overall, I’d say. My last package came exactly on the day they said, which was nice and I appreciated that. The tracking also updated okay, not confusing really. One order was maybe a day late, but not a big deal for me. I’d order again, because dependable it feels enough.

I can’t remember if it was last week or the week before that I was browsing, but either way, the stuff I wanted was actually in stock in my size. That seems to happen often here, which I really appreciate.

Uh, I really love the designs. They’re super cute and the styles are really pretty.

I tried to exchange my order and it ended up taking longer than I thought it would. Not the worst experience, but definitely more frustrating than I expected. Anyway.

The color was pretty much what I expected from the photos, just a little lighter in person. Not a big deal, but worth knowing if you’re trying to match something exactly.

I’ve grabbed a couple of tops from Pink Lily, and overall... I’ve been happy with them. The fabric feels nice, and the stitching actually held up fine after washing, which I always appreciate. One of the shirts was a little thinner than I expected, not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed. Still cute, still wearable. I’d probably order again, I’d just pay closer attention to the material next time

I’ve shopped at Pink Lily a handful of times now, usually when I’m looking for something cute for a weekend or a trip. I do like their stuff, but the rewards program has been a little underwhelming for me. The points build up slowly, so it doesn’t really feel like I’m getting much back right away. I’ve also had a couple moments at checkout where I had to stop and figure out how to actually use them, which was kind of annoying. It’s definitely nice when you can get a few dollars off, I just wish the whole thing was easier to understand and felt a little more worth it...

I was kind of surprised when it showed up so quickly. I wasn’t expecting it that soon at all. My only little gripe is that the tracking didn’t update as fast as I would’ve liked, so I was checking it like, wait, where is this thing? But overall, shipping was definitely quicker than expected.

I found, well, I was able to find everything really quickly, and checkout was simple too. The whole site was just easy to use.

Customer service was okay. They took a little longer to get back to me than I expected, but once they did, they were helpful. They basically said something like, “Sorry for the delay, we’ll look into it,” and then followed up to get my order sorted out. Not the fastest experience, but they did fix the issue in the end.

They do have some cute stuff, and I like browsing when there are discounts. But maybe it’s just me, the sale prices still feel a little higher than I’d expect. Not bad overall, just not the kind of deals that really wow me.

The clothes were fine, nothing amazing but okay. The return process was ridiculous though. I sent everything back and then just waited with barely any updates. Customer service did respond eventually, but it was super slow. I’m not sure I’d order again unless I really, really loved something.

The packaging was really cute and neatly done. It reminded me of the little thoughtful packages my friend sends me, so it felt extra nice to open.
